Unable to log into my Tiny tiny Rss account

Hi,

Since today, I’m unable to log into my ttrss account. I don’t remember the last time I could logged in but what is sure is that today I could listen to my podcasts or read some articles from my work Windows account (I think I didn’t logged in today, I probably was still connected from a few days ago).

I get the following error :

This happens for my admin account or my personal (xuo) one.

My ttrss instance is running on a Mageia 9 server, WITHOUT Docker, using mariadb-10.11.7-1.mga9, PHP 8.2.18 and apache-2.4.59-1.mga9.
I’m using the 2FA authentication.

Do you have an idea to solve this issue ?
I know you will tell me to use Docker but I’d really prefer to avoid. I’m afraid this is over my skills. The last time I’ve tried to use Docker (for another application than ttrss), I’ve got a disk full on my /var partition :slight_smile:

  1. if you’re using TOTP and can’t login the usual cause is clock desync somewhere.
  2. there’s a FAQ entry on resetting your password and disabling OTP.

Hi,

Thank you for your help. The problem was coming from the OTP. My server was desynchronised because the ntp service was not running any more.
Sorry for not having a look at the FAQ. Google is not always efficient enough (me neither).
