I want to think that’s just someone trolling, but it probably isn’t.
Just in case, and for anyone feeling this is unreasonable: rather than expecting free and direct/personal support from the main developer of an open source project, and bluntly (and frankly offensively) going in-depth on how that should be accomplished, a better approach would have been to post on this forum with relevant details (environment, steps attempted, error messages encountered, which parts of existing documentation aren’t clear, etc.) and ask the community for assistance in figuring things out. There’s a template indicating which information is needed when creating a new topic in the Support category.
he just keeps re-registering and PMing me with his questions. i don’t think he understands the concept of a public forum.
