Can you be more specific about your end goal?
Are you trying to fake a feed for a site that doesn’t have one? Or publish specific articles you come across in your TT-RSS instance to a feed?
The af_comics plugins fakes an Atom feed for GoComics, which addresses the first one. The second one you can just mark articles as Published and share the Published feed URL with others.
