Remove click tracking from feeds?

Some feed providers really would like to know where you come from…

it must be a relatively small add-on to strip the ?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign= from feed-url’s, no?

And maybe also to add an option for a referrer hider?
