Hi, I found a little bug which is also reproducible on the demo system:
I’m using Combined mode, all articles collapsed by default. “Mark read on scroll” is enabled.
Expand the first article in a list of unread articles.
When at the end of the article use ‘a q’ to close the article. What happens then is that the article collapses and the remaining unread articles are marked as read.

this entire unexpanded mode is an unwanted redheaded stepchild which i’ve tried to remove multiple times already. if someone wants to take a pick at this, i’ll review the PR.
Fox, for some of us that mode is our favorite child. If you have a lot of feed/content to look through trying to find hidden gems and the unexpected, it is a terrific feature. yes, it is a challenging child and we thank you for the effort you put into raising and nurturing the child,
