[LOCAL][BUG] PgSQL database suddenly can not connect

Today morning my local tt-rss installation stop work with error

Exception while creating PDO object:SQLSTATE[08006] [7] fe_sendauth: no password supplied

I tried to log into pgsql database - works fine

Nothing changed on db or tt-rss side, master branch updated to latest in Sunday.

i’m gonna give this a few more hours and then bulk probate everyone who ignored the stickies and previous threads.
