but the truth is, it randomly showed in cat=sports or cat=USA, never showed both.
I clicked the “Don’t enforce DISTINCT headlines” in preferences, but it didn’t work.

nope, won’t be able to do that. article GUIDs are considered unique. you can use labels instead.
