Demo system plugin install error

When attempting to install a plugin in the demo system, errors out with:

ttrss-no-url-hashes
PI_ERR_NO_WORKDIR

error_outline Exited with RC: undefined

this is entirely my bad and it’s related to the PSR-4 overhaul.
