I want to change default position for this two splitters. I have some basic knowledge of css, but can’t find where are they.
Can it be achievable?

i don’t think you’ll be able to do this with css. those values are initially set by Dojo and stored in cookies (ttrss_fh_width, etc.)

Got it. I just tweaked and set a fixed value inside code.
I just need to remember change it when I do some upgrade.
