Create new admin from command line?

I seem to have crossed my wires when storing my admin password and I can’t log in as admin (the only user) on the webapp – but I am logged in on android. Email was never set up correctly : (

I do have root access to the box so I’m wondering if I can create a new admin from the CLI and change the password there (or just export my feeds & settings).

Any tips would be appreciated!
