Version - Tiny Tiny RSS v21.02-126b1fd2d

Hello I did upgrade to latest version and cannot find setting for

FILE_FETCH_CONNECT_TIMEOUT 
FEED_FETCH_TIMEOUT

and rest. I there any other place to setup it???
