Just happened to come across a newsml formatted feed today (e.g. https://www.lavanguardia.com/newsml/home.xml) and was wondering if anyone got two cents to share on the topic as TT could not read it and the site mentioned seems to have replaced their regular RSS with this new format. I also could not find any posts here as to e.g. a plugin existing or something like that.

Yeah, well I presume that link is dead to you also. I was simply “surprised” about this site offering what at glance seems like a somewhat unfriendly format as far as support/readers and such… at least nothing too good came up when googling… as to asking my stupid question 
Maybe someone already had an experience, knew of a converter tool, plug-in I have not found or anything really.
