Deploy with docker with Lets encrypt

Hi trying to get working ttrss instance on my VPN with already Lets encrypt configured. I guess I need to change url in .env. I did try do reverse proxy from this link SOLVED - How to use reverse proxy in docker - #6 by Jeremy11one - Support - Tiny Tiny RSS: Community but does not worked for me.

To deploy I am following this link https://git.tt-rss.org/fox/ttrss-docker-compose/src/branch/static-dockerhub/README.md

I was trying find something related to my problem this forum but did not find
