PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING: Read before posting / reporting bugs

Describe the problem you’re having:

Images and other media are only shown as links in the newest Chrome version. Works fine in other browsers like Edge or Firefox.

If possible include steps to reproduce the problem:

Open any feed on chrome with rss-items like "<img src="myimage.jpg/>: like reddit, etc…

tt-rss version (including git commit id):

Tiny Tiny RSS v20.06

Platform (i.e. Linux distro, PHP, PostgreSQL, etc) versions:

Ubuntu, php 7.2, Postgres

Please provide any additional information below:

I am aware that this should not be an issue of ttrss, but I open this topic to adress this

Try Incognito mode.

You may have signed in with “Low traffic” selected, which would replace images, etc. with links. If incognito mode works, in the regular mode: sign-out, then sign back in without selecting the Low Traffic checkbox.

Ok. I will now just go ahead and just blame myself for not trying to log out/in and check if i’m not using low traffic mode on accident: because thats whats happened.

Since it was not the first time chrome did some changes on how media is loaded and somehow considered unsafe I thought of this first.
